You will continuously improve our infrastructure, moving into the full Infrastructure-As-A-Code state, and help maximize the speed of our whole system.

- Create a unified infrastructure, where part of the services are in the Kubernetes clusters, and part - are under the control of Ansible. The resources managed in Amazon are described in a reproducible code (IaC)
- Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems
- Maintain and develop reliable infra monitoring with lower false-positives alert rate without losing sensitivity
- Tune our network for latency: write tools for testing latency, testing which servers are faster in which zones
- Work on creating an environment for developers where they can partially do DevOps, do multi-level monitoring, get data analysis visualization, and deploy easily
- Building a seamless system of interaction between traders, developers, DevOps team
- Work on refactoring the infrastructure, adding new components, modules
- Switch to Kubernetes, deployments automation

- You bring a strong Full Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC) mindset
- Broad expertise in AWS (other clouds would be nice too)
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, and others)
- Are fluent in Ansible (we use it for latency-critical components where Docker cannot be used)
- Possess extensive Terraform and Kubernetes skills, and excellent Linux command-line skills
- Bring prior development experience in any language (coding at a developer level, not a sysadmin one)
- Stand out for your proactive mindset (at the end you should tell us how to build our infra properly, not vice versa)
- Have deep latency optimization/tuning experience - you understand how to optimize latency not only in the cloud, how to design system configuration for UDP traffic, or optimize OS processes
- Feel natural in a multicultural English-speaking team (B2 or higher)
- Are ready to share our commitment to excellence and experimental approach
- Prior experience in low-latency environments
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack experience

- Linux low-level and high-level tuning
